These terms apply to commitodds.com ("CommitOdds", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the odds are

The percentages on CommitOdds are estimates from a statistical model built on public recruiting information. They're provided for entertainment and general information only. They aren't facts, predictions we guarantee, or inside information, and they can be wrong, sometimes badly. Nothing on CommitOdds is betting or gambling advice, and you shouldn't use it to place wagers.

No affiliation

CommitOdds is independent. We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NCAA, any conference, any college or high school, 247Sports or any other recruiting service, or any player or family.

Data, names and logos

Player and recruiting information comes from publicly available sources. School names, logos and marks are trademarks of their respective owners, and we use them only to identify the schools. Their use doesn't imply any endorsement.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, crawl or download the site in a way that overloads it or interferes with other visitors. Reasonable, rate-limited access that respects robots.txt is fine.
• Don't use CommitOdds to harass, threaten, pressure or contact players, their families or coaches. Players on this site are high school students, and many are minors. Please treat them with respect.
• Don't try to break, probe or disrupt the site's security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Removal requests

Players, parents or guardians can ask us to remove or correct a player's page by emailing [email protected]. We handle these requests promptly.

Photo submissions

You can send photos to [email protected]. Only send photos you took yourself or have the rights to share. By submitting one, you confirm that, and you give us permission to display it on CommitOdds with credit if you ask for it. We may decline or remove any photo, and we'll remove a photo if the person shown or the rights owner asks.

Pick'em (applies once it launches)

CommitOdds Pick'em will be a free game for predicting commitments. When it launches:

• It's free. There's no entry fee, nothing to buy, no wagering, and no prizes or anything of monetary value. Points and rankings have no cash value.
• You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you're under 18, play only with a parent's or guardian's permission. One account per person.
• We may change scoring, void picks, reset points, or remove handles or accounts to fix errors or stop abuse (such as multiple accounts or automated picking).
• Don't use Pick'em to run betting pools, contests or sweepstakes, and don't tag or contact players about picks.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site, its data and its odds are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be available, error-free or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CommitOdds and the people who run it won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss (including money lost on bets or decisions made using the site) arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $0, or the minimum amount allowed by law if higher. The site is free.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
